admire developed a successful cross-media campaign on behalf of the real estate company immoveris ag for the new Rexmax housing complex in Thun. With the goal of drawing exactly the right people’s attention to the existing rental housing on offer, banner advertising was placed online on a large real estate portal. At the same time a Facebook campaign was launched. In the offline segment, cooperation with a local cinema provider made it possible to offer attractive gifts and competitive prices for prospective buyers and new tenants. In the same cinema the new apartments were also advertised on popcorn bags and via a promotional still. The synergies arising between online and offline measures guaranteed that the interaction was successful.

The aim of the campaign was to inform the 5 defined target groups about the existing rental accommodation in the housing complex in an unconventional and creative way. admire therefore created a total of 5 target-group-specific subjects. These were used in carefully selected online and offline media, such as the urban bus network, the Wankdorf stadium, on Facebook and via programmatic advertising and the Google Display Network.

admire developed a successful, integrated campaign for real estate company immoveris ag, which combines online and offline measures specifically tailored to the target group. The rental housing on offer had to be advertised in an unusual way, since the spirit of the housing complex is defined by high levels of creativity. In the online segment, the admire team employed Google-Adwords and a multi-level Facebook campaign combined with display advertising and property ads. For the “traditional” marketing measures, the admire crew relied on an off-beat mail shot and the well-known ads with stubs. Over 3,000 visitors clicked on the website during the first 3 weeks of the campaign. 60 people attended the public viewing and 20 apartments were reserved almost immediately.

Acceleris AG, our early IT client, requested that admire develop a creative below-the-line campaign. Selected system administrators in Switzerland received a personalised e-mail on “SysAdmin Day”. The e-mail steered them to a small survey. As a thank-you for their contribution and for their daily efforts as system administrators, those who participated were rewarded with a specially produced “SysAdmin Superhero” t-shirt. With a participation rate of 35%, the survey was a resounding success. Information obtained by way of the survey allowed Acceleris to optimise its customer service and boost customer satisfaction.

Building on the key visual used in an ad campaign at the time, admire had the honour of designing a holiday greetings card for the Swatch Club. The challenge was to produce a card that brought to life the rotating elements from the online world in an attractive way. admire based its subsequent design on a parking disc, delivering a card where turning the dial made the various characters move. The cards were produced in partnership with a highly specialised printing firm.

The start of every new club year brings a challenge for the Swatch Club with it: to amaze and excite its loyal membership base as well as new members. admire supported Swatch in developing several different elements for its welcome kit. These included a card holder sewn from the previous year’s campaign visuals. Each holder is unique and was issued along with a certificate as proof. The certificate stated which campaign the visual belonged to and in which of the world’s Swatch stores it had previously been displayed.
